Porshce and Volkswagen have made statements indicating that they have become committed to make eco-friendly cars. VW CEO mentioned that each VW model with have a eco-version in the future. They have also termed the eco-version as "Blue Motion" where two of their current models have the Blue Motion technology which are "Passat" and "Polo".
The greenest model so far is the Honda Civic 1.3i-DSI Hybrid.

This is really good. I just wish that Saturn was one of them as I really like their cars. I would switch to a VW though.
