After a major scientific study it has been found that there could be only 50 years left for sea fishes. Although there are many reasons behind it and all of you know that pollution is one but eventhough this is out of my topic other such reasons behind it is loss of habitation, fishing, poaching, lack of biodiversity. Remember fishing and poaching are two different things. The survey concluded that at this rate of decline all the delicious fish we eat will expire into the abyss and people who rely on fishes will have to find other species to eat.
Pollution has caused a problem and reduced biodiversity and because of the reduction of biodiversity there are less fish reproduction hence a decline in fish population. Areas of seas that were protected by law from poaching and fishing have survived and fish population increased comparatively.
To some protecting fish stocks by protecting biodiversity does not make sense.
Lets hope for the best.

World has 10-year window
A leading US climate researcher said that the world has a 10 year window of opportunity to act on climate and take decisive measures to cut down global warming and avert to weather and climate change.
He suggested that the government take steps to check, maintain and cut emmissions and limit global temperatures by 1 degree Celcius. He also said that if the world continues with "a business scenario" then the global temperatures will rise by 2-3 degress Celcius and we will producing a different planet. The forecasted planet would be warmer, ice sheets would melt quickly, causing rise in sea levels that would most of Manhattan under water. The world would see more prolonged droughts and heat waves, powerful hurricanes and likely extinction of 50% of species.

Glaciers are melting fastest in 5000 years
Firstly I want to say is that this month, I received more than 400 visitors and counting. So thank you all of you out there I really appreciate it. I also want to apologize because i put the video section however i cud not provide any links to my videos. My connection is nothing great but i will try my level best to upload the videos and provide a link.
Now back to the current problem.
Mountain glaciers are melting faster now than at any time in the past 5000 years. Sample of ice cores taken from mountians as far apart from the Andes in South America to the Himalayas in Asia. The cores revealed the extent of climate change and how must of the world's glacier's retreated .
Scientists have warned that human activities has nudged the global climate over the past 100 years. Why? Well the on going melting not only is going to effect the rise in water-level but also the supply of fresh drinking waterin many of the world's populated areas.
