Green cars in Tokyo gets tax immunity

Cars all over Tokyo will be given tax exemption from purchase and maintenance of all green cars whether they are completely electric or plugin hybrids, cars which have both electric and fuel engines. Hybrid engines or electric engines have come a long way with future generations which are getting ready to enter the production line. The Japanese government introduces this policy in the face of recent global warming consequences and to curb its own carbon emissions so that it can at least try to be within the Kyoto Protocol.
